Effective Learning

Instructional practice - what effective learning looks, feels and sounds like - is at the core of my teacher and leader coaching stance. I support my clients to expand their systems thinking and build their capacity to meet goals. I also incorporate a liberatory mindset approach to support clients to disrupt institutional racism. I support teachers in all content areas as well as school site-based, district, county, state and national leaders.
